This god damned piece of crap is on my last good nerve. If anyone from Cingular reads this....your customer service sucks on a level that would blow then mind of John Holmes.

If you have to ask who that is just move along.

Anyhoo....the fucking battery on this thing lasts about 8 hours now if I just use it as a damned clock and about 30 minutes if I actually talk to anyone. And going to see those super special folks at Cingular? "Oh....we're sorry.....that phone is 2 years old....we don't even have that model anymore.....you'll need to buy a new one.....or we can give you one if you extend your contract for another year."

Are you people out of your goat fucking minds? Why in the Hells would I want to give you any more of my money when you're every response is "renew your contract with us or we can't help you". If I did that every time I had a problem with your service / phones I'd be stuck with you another 10 fucking years!

In conclusion I'd just like to say.....Bite Me!
